General terms & conditions



From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 12PM Pacific Time are dispatched on that day. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays will be processed on the following business day. After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 2 business day for your tracking information to update with our transportation partner.



You can return any unused product in sellable condition i.e. product still in original packaging with tags, for exchange only within 7 days from the time you receive your order. The customer is responsible for transportation costs, unless the product is defective or an error occurred when sending your order. Only restocking products will be accepted for exchange.
